Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy
Timeframe: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return their purchases for a full refund.
Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, including all original packaging and accessories.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee starting at $40 may apply to new devices returned due to buyer's remorse. The exact fee will be determined based on the device's condition and resale value. A restocking fee will be assessed if any device is returned not in the same cosmetic or working condition it was received by the buyer in.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on buyers remorse returns. However, Indy Cellular4Less will cover return shipping costs for devices with issues covered under warranty or not as described.
Warranty
Duration: All purchases are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
Coverage: The warranty covers the same warranty the manufacturer covers.
Repair or Replacement: Indy Cellular4Less will prioritize repairing over replacing defective devices. In some cases, a replacement may be issued if repair is not feasible. In rare case a similar device may be substituted.
Damaged Returns: Devices returned with damage not covered by the warranty will incur a repair fee or be returned to the buyer if unrepairable or the cost to repair is greater than 50% of the selling price.
Additional Terms and Conditions
The 30-day return period and 90-day warranty period begin on the delivery date.
